The ideal candidate will be an excellent multi-tasker, highly organized, personable and caring with clients, exude a positive attitude, articulate, detail oriented, and work well both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities include managing files, calendar, and communications in a diverse law practice.
This includes drafting legal documents and correspondences, gathering and organizing medical records, and tracking and maintaining meticulous and up to date records on all client files.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands on experience in a personal injury law practice as a legal assistant and be proficient in MS Office programs.
Experience with Amicus is a plus.
Salary DOE.
